Meet Monty, the adorable cat with an unusual face.

Introducing Monty, the feline with a unique cup. Along with two other feline companions, he resides in Copenhagen. Due to a genetic defect, Monty was born without a nasal bridge bone, which accounts for his distinctive facial features. He may appear somewhat attractive due to the oddity, but the nose causes him respiratory problems, and he sneezes more frequently than regular cats.

Monty is an extremely lovely cat, so to his owner, he’s still the ideal family cat. When they got him from an animal shelter at the age of 3, they claimed that it was his distinctly lovely face and his serene demeanor that made them fall in love with him.

“A year ago, we adopted little 3-year-old Monty boy from an animal shelter.”

Monty was born without a nasal bridge, which occasionally causes him to sneeze a little.

But that doesn’t matter because of “his personality, he showed from the very beginning, is rare as a diamond!”

“Monty shared a room with some of the other cats from the animal shelter [that] acted a little aggressive, but Monty remained uneager to pick a fight.”

“Monty also has a tendency to urinate in his sleep due to a leaky/loose bladder.”

“He becomes embarrassed when he finds out, so we are struggling to encourage him not to be since this is a problem he can’t fix and has to learn to live with.”

He enjoys sitting on your lap and will keep you company till you wake up at night. By far, his favorite spot to cuddle is in his dad Michael’s arms.
